Contractual Information

  • Our properties are let on a joint “assured short-hold” tenancy. Under Part 1 of the Housing Act 1988. (ie. one agreement per property).
  • Tenancy agreements run for a full year. From 1st July – 30th June. Although, there are some September starts also available. Please ask for details.
  • Deposit payments are paid by bank transfer to our designated client account. All deposits are registered with MyDeposits within 30 days of receipt of deposit payments into our client account. We cannot accept cash or cheque payments
  • All Inclusive and Rent Only contracts are available. Our Rent Only package includes rent only and you’ll be responsible for setting up and managing the utilities. Whereas, our All Inclusive package includes rent, electric, gas, water, WiFi and TV Licence and is managed through Unihomes.
  • We don’t need references or credit checks to be carried out. However, there is a signed guarantor form required for each tenant. All paperwork can be signed electronically – no need to visit the office.
  • Our tenants have the option to pay in 3, 5 or 10  rent instalments.
  • We’ll require university and course details – enabling us to implement the council tax exemption for full time students
  • Most of our accommodation is also suitable for professional sharers too (you don’t have to be students). Please contact us for more details.
  • Finally, we offer pet friendly accommodation on selected properties by prior agreement with the Landlord.
