Our property was the last one we viewed together, the 22nd flat we’d seen! We loved it instantly and made plans on the spot to sign. It was much more modern, clean and homely than anything else we’d seen. It was in a fantastic area, with the botanical gardens only minutes away. So far, the landlord has provided a fantastic and friendly service, keeping contact and building a relationship with us as tenants that I’ve never experienced before as a student. They have helped us with any issues or concerns we’ve had promptly and efficiently, and provide excellent value for money!

Last but not least, thank you for everything you’ve done to make our stay in the flat the best it could possibly be! We’ve had a great time staying there and we’re quite sad to be leaving today. We absolutely cannot fault you or the contractors working for the agency at all. We’ll highly recommend you to anybody we know looking for accommodation in Sheffield! We’ve felt like the agency does actually care about the tenants and properties, which is not something we’ve experienced in previous properties. We hope that the new tenant enjoys their time just as much as we have.
