New places opening in Sheffield this summer.

Do you and your friends find yourselves always going to the same places? And with more time to spare in the summer are your favourite venues starting to feel boring? Well look no further as we have all you need to know about new and exciting places opening this summer.

Whether you are fancying a couple of drinks with friends or a nice meal, we may have exactly what you are looking for.

1. Alto Rooftop Bar is a new addition to Cubo which has recently been renovated. It offers food and drinks on a stylish rooftop bar, as well as a VIP area and can be found on Carver Street in the city centre.

2. Isabella’s Café Bar is a classy coffee bar by day and a restaurant bar by night. It is located on Alma Street and is newly open adding a taste of Southern Italy to Kelham Island.

3. The Furnace is the first bar restaurant to open in Sheffield’s city centre and offers exciting cocktails and a Yorkshire inspired food menu which you can enjoy in its outdoor seated area which features a firepit for those chilly evenings.

4. The Catch Restaurant & Bar is a fish restaurant and cocktail bar located at steelyard complex in Kelham and is set to serve up the finest selection of seafood and locally sourced meat.

5. Dysh Coffee and Kitchen is a new brunch café opening on Ecclesall Road. They pride themselves on being sustainable and making delicious food and coffee supplied by local traders.

6. Bullion Chocolate Factory. You can now tour the chocolate factory which is in addition to their café and also located close by in Kelham, and you can even have a taste test.

7. Aria Bar at Kommune is a plush new bar located at Castle House and caters for small gatherings suppling cocktails and specially curated sharing plates.

8. The Barn at Whirlow is the perfect place to socialise with friends and enjoy tasty food which is made by Master Chef contestant Luke Rhodes who is their new head chef.
